ServicePoint is a new CRM that I’m building. The main reason for building ServicePoint is because of all the CRMs I have used; I haven’t found one that I’ve fallen in love with that is even remotely affordable for small businesses.
Every business needs to manage customer relationships and customer support. Ideally, this would be a singular system that is not just simple and easy to use but a delight to interact with.
